# Support Write to , and we’ll answer ## Write to us Tell us your iPhone’s model and its version of iOS, what you were doing, and what happened. A screenshot or a screen recording helps too, without anything you’d rather keep to yourself ## Where your designs are kept On your iPhone, in Sprone’s own storage. Sprone has no server, so there’s no copy anywhere else, and it never saves to Photos. To keep a design outside the app, export it to Files ## Moving to a new iPhone Set up your new iPhone from a backup of the old one, in iCloud or on a computer, and Sprone comes with everything it kept. To be safe, export the designs that matter to you first ## Forgetting your design taste Open Settings in Sprone, then Design taste › Forget your design taste… Surprise me, Swing and Narrow Down go back to drawing every style alike until you choose again ## Deleting a reference In References, touch and hold the reference, then choose Delete reference. What it taught your taste goes with it ## Exporting and printing In a design, open ⋯ › Export… and choose PNG, JPEG, PDF or MP4, this size or every size. For a paper size, turn on Bleed and Crop marks and choose 300 or 600 dpi, then send the PDF to your printer ## Getting Sprone again Open the App Store on your iPhone, tap your picture at the top, then Apps, and find Sprone among what you’ve bought.
